Returns

Unwanted products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible, items must be in resalable condition—unworn and unused.

To initiate a return, please reach out via our Contact page or email us directly at Interlaced2024@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Depending on the situation, we may or may not be able to cover return shipping costs. Please be sure to double-check your sizing choice and product details before ordering to help avoid unnecessary returns.

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at Interlaced2024@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Important Note for Block Printed Clothing:

Our products are each hand printed using a traditional block printing method. Because of this, you may notice potential uneven ink as well as ink "chatter" that gives it a distressed look.

These details are intentional and part of the handmade process. They are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Late or Missing Packages

If your order is late or you’re concerned it may be lost in transit, please contact us through our Contact form. We’ll do our best to help track it down or offer a resolution.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the original using the return process above and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
